Terms and Conditions

All sets are designed based on extensive research of real aircraft, and first hand materials where ever possible. This means that our masks may differ slightly to specific manufacturers kits. In the instance that our masks do not match your decals or model please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

All masks are made from quality Kabukki Sheets with some smaller more intricate details cut from Artool Vinyl. These are all designed by myself and cut digitally. Each set is checked before packaging in printed card with a greyboard sheet to help keep them straight, and placed in a resealable cello bag. All items are posted in a board backed Do Not Bend envelope.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied please get in touch and we will do whatever is possible to rectify this.

Refunds are accepted on items that are returned in the original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for return postage, items must be returned tracked with tracking number provided. All returns must be okayed by The Crafting Well before returning. We reserve the right to not refund or only partially refund on items which are not in a perfect resaleable condition or are lost in the post if not returned via tracked postage.

Import Fees and restrictions for other oversea’s Sales - Please check with your individual countries laws regarding import fees and any restricted materials/subjects before ordering. Customers are solely responsible for any fees incurred or items confiscated. In the event that customers do not pay import fees and the item is returned to us a further postage fee will be required before the item can be sent again. We retain the right to refuse refunds on items returned due to unpaid import fees.
